ipo135 supports deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking system conditions. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ipo135's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Before processing account closure, we will complete any pending transactions, settle any outstanding balances, and return legitimate funds to your verified payment method. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened except at ipo135's sole discretion.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ipo135.
